OSTRICH SKIN & GRADE
Ostrich leather is a true full‑grain exotic, prized for its quill pattern formed by feather follicles. Around 55% of each skin features this natural quill texture. Grading reflects only the usable cutting yield of each individual skin, influenced by natural life‑acquired marks or processing‑related imperfections.
DURABILITY & STRENGTH
Celebrated for its naturally high‑protein structure, ostrich leather delivers exceptional strength while remaining remarkably soft and flexible. Its rich natural oil content further enhances durability, helping the leather resist drying and maintain its luxurious suppleness over time.
TANNING & DYING PROCESS
Mineral‑based tanning creates an exceptionally soft and refined skin. It is then drum‑dyed and lightly polished to accentuate the natural grain pattern. The pore structure of the skin allows colours to penetrate deeply and produce highly saturated tones. Overtime it develops a rich patina.
ETHICAL SOURCING & FARMING
We source exclusively from authorized, regulated farms and certified breeders, ensuring every skin is legally and ethically obtained. Raised in natural, free‑range environments, the ostriches roam open pastures and are cared for under strict, internationally recognized animal‑welfare standards.
WHOLE ANIMAL UTILIZATION
